Invoice Validation: Reviewing and validating supplier and customer invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaboration: Working closely with the finance, trading, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Data Quality Assurance: Checking and maintaining data accuracy within the system. Key Skills and Qualifications of an Accounting Support Administrator: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Proficiency in working with financial/trading platforms. Basic understanding of accounting principles and stock management processes. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
