Overview
Management Accountant 10‑12 month contract in Lincolnshire. Hays Senior Finance is working with a growing organisation to recruit a Management Accountant for a 10‑12 month fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts.
* Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS and provide insightful analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage month‑end processes, including accruals, prepayments, balance‑sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and group reporting.
* Handle VAT and treasury activities and audit/compliance.
* Oversee purchase ledger; ensure accurate invoice processing, maintain supplier relationships and manage payments.
Qualifications
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
* Strong management accounting experience.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting systems.
* Available at short notice to start and live within commuting distance of Lincolnshire; own transport required due to rural location.
