Job Description
We are seeking a hands‑on Project Foreman to lead field operations for marine construction projects. This role involves on‑site leadership and light administrative duties such as material ordering, budgeting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage marine construction crews on‑site
* Operate and oversee heavy equipment, barges, and marine techniques
* Ensure safety and environmental compliance
* Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and the Director of Operations
* Adapt to changing site conditions and solve problems in real time
Qualifications
* 7–10 years of marine construction experience (pile driving, dredging, dock building)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* OSHA 10 and rigging/signaling certifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
