Job Title: Computer/ICT Teacher - Key Stage 3 & 4
Location: Skylarks School, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 7LR
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum on experience (Part-time considered with salary paid pro rata to full-time)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Computer/ICT Teacher to join our new Options Autism School – Skylarks School in Epsom, Surrey.
Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ICT/Computer Teacher to deliver engaging computer science and ICT lessons, foster students’ digital literacy, and prepare them for modern technology environments.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver and teach individual students or small groups, in accordance with the School’s Curriculum framework and related policies
* Monitor, record and report on student progress
* Contribute to and help implement developments that relate to the School Development Plan
* Promote, in line with Company policies, the physical, educational and moral development of the students
* Contribute to the development and implementation of an environment and programme of learning for the individual student to ensure progression at an appropriate rate
* Coordinate teaching, development, assessment, recording and reporting of subjects across key stages as agreed with the Headteacher
* Devise, implement and review individual education plans, individual behaviour plans and other relevant plans with other staff
* Organise the classroom, resources, groupings and displays to provide a stimulating learning environment
* Ensure safety of students in line with risk assessments on and off site
* Brief and support Learning Support Assistants/Tutors/Instructors and care staff as needed to produce effective resources/teaching aids
Qualifications
* UK QTS or equivalent
* Experience teaching Key Stage 3 & 4
* Part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate with the appropriate qualifications and skills
