Primary - SEN Teaching Assistant
* Location: St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex
* Job Type: Term Time
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
* Salary: £90-£95 Day Rate

Day to day of the role:
* Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) both inside and outside the classroom.
* Appreciate and contribute to the benefits of a bespoke curriculum for vulnerable students.
* Manage pupils effectively in various contexts.
* Participate in professional development opportunities, including coaching qualifications and outdoor skills development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A naturally enthusiastic, flexible, and supportive approach to education.
* Previous experience working with young people or children.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with students.
* A keen willingness to learn and pursue professional development.
