This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to take on a blended finance lead position with a well-established brand!

* Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
* Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
You will report into the finance director and be responsible for:
* Delivers audit-ready statutory accounts, VAT & HMRC returns on time, everytime.
* Instils robust internal controls and governance culture.
* Protects cash with accurate short-term forecasts, disciplined credit-control oversight and proactive banking relationships.
* Produces concise, decision-ready management packs linking production
* volumes, sales and margins.
* Orchestrates annual budget cycles and rolling forecasts, challenging assumptions and aligning stakeholders.
* Leads data-quality initiatives; comfortable spearheading ERP upgrades or BI tooling roll-outs.
* Coaches and motivates cross-functional teams; fosters a collaborative, high accountability culture.
