Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects within financial services, focusing on payment systems and solutions.
2. Drive Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
3. Utilize JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders.
5. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
6. Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
7. Proven Experience as an Agile Project Manager in financial services.
8. Strong understanding of payments systems and related processes.
9. Proficiency in JIRA and other Agile tools.
10. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
11. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
12. Certification in Agile (, Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMI-ACP).
13. Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services.
14. Knowledge of emerging payment technologies and trends.
