Are you a Business Development Executive or Field Sales Professional looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive on prospecting, winning new business, and building long-term client relationships? We’re working with a market-leading organisation with a national presence, to find a dynamic sales professional to join their commercial team covering Hull and East Yorkshire. You’ll represent some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, designing B2B advertising and marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. What does the Business Development Executive job involve Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients in your territory. Proactively prospect for new business via networking, cold calling, and social media outreach. Conduct face-to-face client meetings to uncover needs and present tailored solutions. Create insight-driven campaigns that help businesses increase visibility and revenue. Deliver engaging sales presentations to business owners and decision-makers. Work towards, and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of client service. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in B2B sales, including prospecting and face-to-face selling. Confident communicator with strong presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently. Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft PowerPoint. Full UK driving licence and happy to travel across Hull & East Yorkshire. Benefits & Perks Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50k–£60k.
