Our client is seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their Cambridgeshire office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to take on a varied caseload with the option to cover contentious probate. Offering a salary of around £50,000 to £60,000 plus benefits (including holiday, pension, health cash plan, and flexible/agile working), this role provides long-term career security as you will support a seamless transition from a retiring senior lawyer. Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters.
* Advising and representing clients across a wide range of disputes.
* Handling contentious probate matters (desirable but not essential).
* Delivering high standards of client care and professional service.
* Working as part of a supportive team with responsibility for succession planning.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
* Strong civil litigation experience across a variety of matters.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
* Contentious probate experience is advantageous but not essential.
