Job Introduction

We will provide all necessary support, including comprehensive induction, face-to-face training, e-learning, shadowing, and assistance in obtaining a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification.
*Roles are paid at £12.70 per hour or approximately £27,440 annually based on a 42-hour week. Salary figures are illustrative.
Shifts vary across days, nights, and weekends, offering flexibility to fit your commitments.

Main Responsibilities
* Support service users to lead full, active lives aligned with their wishes and support plans
* Ensure safety and wellbeing, taking action to safeguard from abuse
* Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
* Assist with social activities, managing finances, medication, personal care, and healthcare needs
* Act as a point of contact for families and social workers
* Accurately report and record care-related issues
* Follow health and safety regulations and maintain professional boundaries
* Adhere to organisational policies and demonstrate organisational values
