Join our dynamic Rose Court Events team as an Events and Hospitality Manager! We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to oversee and elevate our event experiences. If you have seamless event planning, exceptional customer service, and a flair for hospitality, we want to hear from you.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 * Plan and execute diverse events, ensuring flawless logistics and memorable experiences.
 * Manage all aspects of hospitality, from guest services to catering, to exceed expectations.
 * Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.
 * Lead, train and motivate event staff, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team.
 * Stay updated on industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to our events.
 * Handle event budgets, tracking expenses, and maximizing cost efficiencies.
 * Implement and enforce safety and quality standards to uphold our brand reputation.
 * Assist with rota management and labour costings in accordance with budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
 * Previous experience as an Events Operations Manager within the catering industry.
 * A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
 * Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tasks.
