ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR - STOCKPORT - PERMANENT -£26.5K - FULL TIME Our Client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: Answering telephone calls, transferring calls and taking messages Dealing with customer/supplier queries Completing paperwork in a timely manner to assist with month end completion Processing orders/uploading delivery notes onto Sage 50 Supporting the Purchasing team with purchase orders Keeping an up to date product knowledge to assist with sales enquiries and order queries Inputting/checking invoices The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and must also have some experience with Sage 50.
