Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company procedures.
* Manage invoicing processes, ensuring payments are collected and supplier invoices settled.
* Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to the directors.
* Supervise and support team members, promoting high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
What Experience is Required
* Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of financial processes, compliance, and reporting.
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
