Exciting Opportunity: Contracts Manager (Decarb Focus)\n\nOur Client, a leading UK contractor with over 35 years of experience across social housing, healthcare, and commercial sectors, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Projects team based in Oxford. This is a key role supporting the delivery of high-quality property services, with a strong focus on decarbonisation.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nAs a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Acting as the main point of contact for both clients and subcontractors, you'll manage expectations, maintain strong relationships, and drive operational excellence.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDeveloping and implementing project plans\nMonitoring progress on-site\nEnsuring health and safety standards are met\nOverseeing multiple projects at once\nWorking closely with Estimators and Quantity Surveyors on project variationsWhat We're Looking For:\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in contract management, including a minimum of 2 years in decarbonisation projects\nStrong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities\nValid CSCS card and full UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary (£50,000, depending on experience)\nCar allowance and fuel card\n31 days annual leave (increasing with length of service)\nBonus potential\nComprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, pension contributions, and access to employee support programmes
