The Role As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, wealth planning/protection, probate, intestate administration, trusts, Court of Protection matters, and elderly client affairs. You will also assist the Head of Department, supervise junior staff, and be involved in marketing and business development activities. What's in it for You? You will have: Good working knowledge and experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Elderly Client matters. Experience preparing Estate or Trust Accounts and relevant applications (e.g., Grant of Probate, Registration). Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a strong focus on client care.
