Join a pioneering Social Enterprise in a pivotal national role. You’ll drive operational excellence and workforce development across multiple sites, while leading strategic expansion initiatives that align with our mission to support veterans and individuals with disabilities.
You’ll work closely with the site Operation Managers to
* Support the achievement of output and operational targets
* Align practices across locations for a unified approach
* Drive engineering and efficiency improvements
* Champion inclusive employment and workforce progression
* Partnering with senior leadership
* Contribute to the national expansion strategy
* Lead operational aspects of start-ups and acquisitions
* Identify growth opportunities aligned with their social mission
We’re looking for someone with
* Proven experience in manufacturing, planning, engineering, and ERP
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to deliver margin enhancement and operational excellence
* Passion for social impact and inclusive employment
* Flexibility to work across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
