We require a self-motivated and organised member of staff to join St Joseph’s College as Office Manager for an immediate start. The contract is offered on a permanent and full-time basis. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all administration services for both the Senior and Prep Schools and line manage two Receptionists/Administrators on the Front Desk. The post holder will have the ability to deal sensitively with a wide range of people and have excellent IT skills and experience of working in a school. A can-do attitude with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload is essential. This is an exciting time to become part of our dynamic team.
