What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for On-Premise channels, aligning with business objectives and brand vision.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor for category insights and strategies.
- Leverage market data, consumer insights, and sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for category growth and product optimisation.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
- Proven experience in category management, trade marketing, or a related field, ideally within the On-Premise or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of category dynamics, channel-specific needs, and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
