Location : Hybrid - 2 Days in Office and 3 Days at Home Your role: Investigate and respond to complaints from vendor/purchaser clients impartially and empathetically, using legislation and Codes of Practice to form conclusions. Support branches with Estate Agency compliance queries via email and phone, escalating when necessary. Ensure a strong understanding of The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice and Estate Agency legislation. Working hours: Monday Friday 8:30am - 5pm / 9am - 5:30pm.
