Overseeing and maintaining a global portfolio of DMC partners, ensuring SLAs are met and all contractual and compliance requirements are in place. Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships and representing the business at trade fairs, roadshows, training sessions and industry events where appropriate. Ensuring product quality and consistency by reviewing supplier delivery, service standards and customer feedback, acting as an escalation point for product-related issues impacting customer experience. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology teams to ensure products are aligned, launched effectively and supported across all channels. Supporting the ongoing auditing and improvement of Winged Boots website content to ensure accuracy, quality and relevance. Supporting and potentially managing a Product Executive as the team and workload evolve. Contributing to the development of co-operative marketing activity with key Winged Boots partners, working collaboratively across departments. E-commerce Booking Platform You will play a key product role in the development and optimisation of an e-commerce booking platform, supporting the continued evolution of the wider brand portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Acting as a key product stakeholder for the e-commerce booking platform, shaping online product and pricing merchandising to deliver best-in-class functionality and a high-quality booking experience. Working within the existing product and systems framework to ensure contracted product is accurately loaded, configured and available across internal booking platforms. Conducting pricing and competitor analysis to support the ongoing optimisation of the e-commerce proposition. This includes responsibility for commercial supplier alignment, product readiness and quality assurance as the platform evolves, including: Identifying and developing commercial supplier relationships that complement the broader destination strategy and support the e-commerce proposition. Facilitating the inclusion of relevant luxury and tailor-made product within the booking platform to support bookability across key destinations. Testing search and booking functionality across core and emerging destinations, validating the quality of merchandising, content accuracy and pricing. Supporting the management of competitive pricing across key destinations within the platform. Supporting the development and ongoing facilitation of platform offers and supporting knowledge content as the proposition evolves. B2C Platform Evolution You will support the product workstream of a future-facing B2C platform evolution, contributing product insight to a significant digital transformation programme. Key responsibilities include: Playing a key product role in the re-platforming of a consumer-facing website, ensuring product strategy, system learnings and customer insight from earlier platform development inform the future B2C experience.
