Envision Racing is a UK based Formula E Team competing in the FIA Formula E World Championship and has the requirement for a qualified and experienced Number 2 Mechanic to be employed full time. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to thrive in this challenging yet highly rewarding role.
Number 2 Mechanic – Formula E Team
* Reporting to the Team & Sporting Director and Chief Mechanic
* Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the front end of a Formula E car
* Assist the Number 1 mechanic during Race prep, including sub-assembly and car set up
* Keep a record of car part life numbers as well as working to build sheets & technical drawings
* Assist with pit equipment builds, service and repairs
* Must have previous relevant experience in F3, F2, FE or WEC
* Attend all tracks tests and race events.

* Self-motivation with a will to contribute to the end goal
* Good English written and oral communication skills
This position is based at Silverstone in our purpose-built workshop with free onsite parking, an on-site gym and access to peaceful woodland surroundings. The position requires flexibility and a willingness to travel regularly.
