About the Role: As the SENCO, you will: Lead and coordinate the provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring their needs are met effectively. Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies. Monitor and assess the progress and wellbeing of SEND pupils, adapting interventions to maximise their achievement.
