Job Description
As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients remain independent in their own home including:
- Companionship.
- General housekeeping
- Non-medical personal care.
You do not need any experience to become a Care Professional, however, you will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
Qualifications
1. No experience necessary, we just need you to care.
2. Compassionate and reliable with a passion for supporting people.
3. Good communicator who can easily build relationships with others.
4. Someone who wants to make a positive difference to the life of someone older in their local community
Additional Information
As a Care Professional, you will receive:
5. Excellent rates of pay - £13.10 per hour
6. Mileage contribution up to 45p per mile.
7. Visits of 1 hour or more with every client .
8. Industry leading training throughout your time with Home Instead .
