Job Overview:
We seek a motivated warehouse operator to assist with daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and collaboration with processing teams. High accuracy, organisational skills, and a commitment to safety are essential.
Principal Duties:
* Verify incoming materials, note discrepancies, and coordinate with administration to resolve issues.
* Prepare orders, including single and complex item picking.
* Perform basic production tasks, device provisioning, and assembly.
* Report issues or shortages to the warehouse manager and quality control team.
* Maintain security and cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
* Manage courier bookings for UK and international shipments.
* Conduct stock checks and maintain quality standards for audits.
* Organise warehouse space and storage.
* Handle sorting, labeling, packaging, and lifting tasks.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by the store manager.
Requirements:
* Minimum three years of experience in a warehouse production role.
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Dependable, diligent, and IT-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience with scanners is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Team-oriented and proactive attitude.
* Self-motivated with a positive mindset.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sidcup or nearby areas.
