Must Have s
• Experience setting and operating CNC machines using Mazatrol (Smooth) and/or Fanuc controls
• Ability to confidently read technical engineering drawings, including tolerances and surface finishes
• Proven track record in tool setting and self-inspection, including first-off checks
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools and working to tight tolerances
Nice to have s
• Experience with multi-spindle or sliding head machines (Mazak or Star preferred)
• A background in precision engineering, ideally within medical or high-regulated industries
• A strong eye for detail, with pride in producing high-quality, complex parts
What will you be doing?
• Setting and running multi-axis CNC machines to manufacture intricate components
• Working to detailed technical drawings and tight tolerances
• Carrying out in-process and stage inspections on your own work
• Preparing tools and materials to meet specific job requirements
• Collaborating with engineers and management to ensure efficient production
