Client Servicing Administration – Part Time
We are looking to recruit hardworking, articulate individuals to join our Client Servicing Administration teams on a part‑time basis. You will play a key role in providing award‑winning service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer requests.
- Handle financial transactions.
- Produce letters and emails.
- Work efficiently with our internal systems.
- Maintain accurate records in our databases.
- Resolve customer queries via phone and email.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 GCSEs grades 9‑4 (A‑C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Excellent numerical ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent IT skills, including experience with Excel.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, sometimes unsupervised.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast‑paced financial services environment.
- Interest in delivering excellent customer service.
Schedule
- Part‑time role, minimum 20 hours a week.
- 2 days per week (Thursday/Friday) with flexibility available.
- Hybrid working model: spend 3‑4 days per week in the office; first 3 months full‑time in office.
