Administrator Permanent - Crewe £28,000
We are currently supporting a longstanding client of ours based in Crewe, with the recruitment of an experienced Administrator to join their small team of 4. Reporting into the Admin Manager, this role is to provide a pivotal level of support to the organisation and assist other off-site hubs with admin duties. This role really requires a candidate who is an exceptional team player, someone who can get stuck in and support with a variety of tasks as and when they arise. Daily duties can include:
* General Office administration
* Producing reports for the Executive team
* Raising purchase orders
* Maintaining accurate records relating to transport, fleet, milage, and PPE
* Arranging MOTs and other maintenance or commercial vehicles
* Ensuring new starter are issues with the correct items and they are retrieved when their contract ends
* Maintaining facilities checks
* Supporting with I-Pad issues
* Providing monthly finance figures
