We are looking for a
Demand Planning Manager
to join our team on a interim contract. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering commercial insights and supporting the growth of several of our brands. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to high-impact projects.
Your Role and Key Responsibilities

What you'll do:
* Lead the Strategy:
Design and execute the end-to-end demand planning strategy for our finished goods portfolio.
* Manage Forecasting:
Lead forecasting and promotion planning to ensure all departments are aligned with the business plan. You'll also be responsible for defining unconstrained forecasts, including assumptions for innovation, promotions, and growth.
* Optimize Performance:
Own and monitor key performance indicators like
Forecast Accuracy
and
Forecast Bias
. You'll work to continuously improve service levels, manage stock efficiently, and reduce waste.
* Lead the Team:
Manage a team of demand planners and a Planning Control Tower team to ensure excellent service for all our customers.
* Foster Collaboration:
Work closely with the Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. You'll also partner with the supply planning team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
* Drive Improvement:
Ensure process hygiene and lead technology transformations where relevant. You'll define new processes and identify areas for improvement within demand planning.

Requirements:
* Experience:
5+ years in Supply Chain, with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or supply chain management.
* Skills:
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
* Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and engage global teams while taking ownership and accountability for results.
* Business Acumen:
A solid understanding of key financials, P&L, and forecasting.
