Music Department Administrator
Charterhouse seeks to appoint a Music Department Administrator. The Administrator is the first music department point of contact for pupils, staff, parents and concert attendees.
They assist in enabling the teaching, rehearsing and performing of a lively and busy music department ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently, through the provision of excellent music administration. This includes the use of SOCs and Microsoft Teams, enabling the Administrator to oversee and manage all timetabling on a weekly basis, and to administer all billing and VMT salary payments, termly.
This is a vibrant music department, often particularly busy towards the end of term, interspersed with quieter periods. The ability to manage workload through ‘peaks and troughs’ while remaining positive and enthusiastic is essential.
