Role Summary
This role supports the Trust in reporting, monitoring, and meeting performance targets, and implementing operational plans. It is vital to maintaining the delivery of high quality, productive services to patients and ensuring the Trust remains a great place to work.
Responsibilities
* Confidently use and support the development of digital resources, including online dashboards, in collaboration with the Business Intelligence Team.
* Develop, maintain and continually improve systems and processes for managing performance and monitoring the delivery of operational plans.
* Schedule a range of performance meetings, record and monitor progress against actions.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with a wide variety of people at all levels across the organisation.
* Coordinate the delivery of the monthly Integrated Performance Report for the Trust Board.
* Produce Divisional and Corporate Service Performance Review documents.
* Analyse performance and activity data to support performance and operational improvement.
