Job Requirements Previous experience working with children as a teaching assistant Relevant Level 2 or above qualifications in education, childcare, or special education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs. Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
