To support site management in the day to day management/supervision of the facility and its teams in achieving its targets and goals.
The Shifts are 2 days 2 nights, 4 off.
Your Core Responsibilities.
* Ensure Health & Safety standards, policies and procedures are observed, maintained and reviewed
* Ensure quality standards are observed and maintained
* Monitor and assist shift performance and disciplines
* Promote and manage change
* Maintain Health & Safety standards and performance on site
* Supervise the day to day running of the Material Recycling Facility
* Deputise in the absence of the Senior Production Supervisor
* Assist the team in the achievement of the site's KPI's
Requirements
Our essential requirements.
* Working knowledge of H&S, IOSH (Desirable)
* Knowledge and understanding of ISO accreditations and requirements
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc)
* Previous experience and knowledge gained in the waste sector (Desirable)
* Previous management/supervisor experience of working with large teams predominantly in Production/Manufacturing environments (Essential)
* A general understanding of engineering/mechanical principles (Desirable)
