Senior Digital Data Analyst
Remote/Hybrid based - London & United Kingdom
Salary: £35K - £42K plus relevant allowances
Vacancy Type Fixed Term - 2 Years Negotiable
We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Senior Digital Data Analyst to join our web analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their data and analytics needs and make recommendations to optimise our digital products and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement and audit analytics tagging and tracking for our portfolio of digital products using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely and other tools
2. Design and maintain a robust and future-proofed data layer architecture
3. Provide technical advice and troubleshoot issues related to digital data collection and analysis
4. Create requirements documentation and test new features to ensure data integrity
5. Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders across the organisation
6. Stay up-to-date on latest trends and best practices in web analytics
Requirements:
7. 3 years experience implementing and optimising Google Analytics and other digital analytics platforms
8. Front end development experience
9. Expertise in tag management, data layer design, and QA testing
10. Experience with custom JavaScript work (desirable)
11. Knowledge of analytics deployment methods
12. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
13. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
14. Experience using data to drive business decision making
15. Passionate about leveraging analytics to create the best possible digital experiences
16. This is a remote-optional role with opportunities for progression. Competitive salary based on experience.
