Build and manage relationships with start-ups, scale-ups, and key decision-makers
Understand client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Source and engage top tier talent across multiple channels
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer
Act as the main liaison between candidates and clients throughout the process
