The Role: Brand Activation Manager
As the face of IVG in your region, youll be responsible for driving distribution, visibility and sales across independent retail and wholesale channels. Youll build strong relationships, maximise brand presence and identify every opportunity for growth.
What Youll Be Doing
Identifying new distribution points through varied lead-generation tactics
Building strong relationships with independent retailers & wholesale managers
Elevating IVG brand presence with exceptional in‑store execution
Supporting and animating wholesale events
Gathering market & customer insights to optimise brand activity
Owning IVG success across your territory - youre the field expert! About You
You dont need to come from field sales - were open to people with the right energy and drive.
Youll have:
A full UK driving licence
Experience in B2B or B2C sales (field or internal)
- Estate agents, telesales, retail sales & field reps all welcome!
⚡ A fast‑paced mindset and a proactive attitude
A confident, outgoing personality and strong team spirit
Commercial awareness with a hunger to exceed targets
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools What Youll Get

£28,500 base salary
Monthly commission for hitting targets
