Full-Time Teaching Assistant Needed - Immediate Start for the Whole Academic Year
Are you a Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children and experience with Little Wandle phonic's scheme?
Monarch Education are the leading agency in the Solihull area and we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP for the entire academic year.
Responsibilities
* Support Year 1 (KS1) students in the classroom on a full-time basis
* Assist with implementing individualized support plans and behaviour management strategies
* Build positive relationships with children and staff and support an inclusive learning environment
Role Details
* Role: Year 1 Teaching Assistant
* Location: Solihull
* Start Date: ASAP
* Duration: Full academic year
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:15am - 03:40pm
* Pay Rate: .89

Requirements
* Proven experience supporting children within KS1
* Confident knowledge of the Little Wandle phonic scheme
* Recent experience with SEND within an educational or care setting (within the last 2 years you can reference)
* Strong communication skills and patience
* Ability to write and follow individual support plans
