TRC has been requested exclusively by one of the leading providers of specialist complex care in the UK to assist in their search for an Operations Manager, due to organic growth into new areas!
Our client provides person-centred nurse-led care for adults and children living in their own homes with complex physical disabilities and life-limiting conditions. Their person-centred approach ensures that each person in their care reaches their maximum potential.
The Role:
* Manage your own diary.
* Must be flexible to travel between packages.
* Oversee a caseload of complex care packages, ensuring high standards of care.
* Ensure excellent service delivery.
* Lead and develop the Community Care Lead team.
* Manage performance, set and achieve KPIs, conduct reviews.
* Oversee daily operations and key processes for operational excellence.
* Manage financial performance to meet or exceed budgets.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Mobilise and onboard new business with clinical and operational teams.
* Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business development teams.
* Drive continuous quality improvement aligned with the quality agenda.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A passion for high-quality complex care.
* An appetite for growth and success.
* Experience in complex care or homecare management.
* Financial acumen with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and legislative requirements.
* Strong leadership skills and team development experience.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage own diary and support team management.
