Role Description
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive technical support for our HR systems, specifically OneAdvanced Time and Attendance (TMS), Flexipay, and Sage People Salesforce system. You will manage support calls with IT vendors, troubleshoot technical system issues, and implement changes to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Issue Management:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system support tickets, addressing user inquiries, issues, and requests promptly.
* Work with the IT Service Desk to prioritize and triage support tickets based on urgency and impact.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
* Conduct thorough analysis of system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
* Develop and maintain documentation of configuration and troubleshooting procedures.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Work closely with HR stakeholders and the HR Systems Analyst to configure and customize HR systems to meet business needs.
* Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with IT vendors, ensuring minimal disruption.
* Develop complex reports and manage data changes via system upload processes.
* Manage changes through the IT Change Management process, including testing and obtaining sign-off.
* Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.
* Participate in cross-functional projects supporting HR and organizational strategies.
Role Requirements
* Experience in supporting technical business systems configuration or development.
* Knowledge of Sage People Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of OneAdvanced (Mitrefinch) TMS is desirable but not essential.
* Understanding of HR processes is highly desirable.
* Core business analysis experience is a plus.
* Strong understanding of change management principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The HR Solutions Developer should have experience in areas such as:
* Database management and querying
* System configuration
* Reporting and analytics
* Scripting and automation
* Integration and APIs
* System administration
* Technical understanding of HR domain
