Role Overview
As a Store Manager (shopkeeper), you will run your own store with an entrepreneurial spirit and focus on customers, colleagues, and local communities. You will lead your team to create a great place for work and shop.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team to deliver the best customer experience in line with the Morrisons brand.
* Continuously improve commercial performance as if it were your own business.
* Oversee all people activities, including recruitment, induction, training, and development, and build an inclusive culture.
* Build and manage relationships with the local community.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in fast‑paced, service‑focused environments such as retail, convenience, or hospitality.
* Passion for spotting and developing talent.
* Strong coaching, motivating, and inspiring abilities.
* Excellent influencing, listening, and broad thinking skills.
* Hands‑on approach and resilience to resolve problems.

Working Hours
Hours are driven by customer needs: early mornings, late nights and weekends. Flexibility is required.
