Job Overview
Support the development and execution of the YAF strategy in GB, working collaboratively with sales and technical teams to provide technical sales support, including training and in-field support for farmer customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Profit Growth: Achieve annual sales volume and profit targets for the YAF portfolio by working with the sales team and executing the YAF technical and commercial strategy.
2. Customer Support: Develop and support the implementation of the customer's YAF strategy in line with Trouw YAF strategy.
3. Training: Train customer sales teams.
4. Farmer Support: Provide technical advice and support to farmers.
5. Leadership: Enhance Trouw Nutrition’s leadership in YAF sustainable solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
Degree qualification with strong knowledge of calf nutrition and sustainable animal production. Experience in supporting customers and providing on-farm technical support is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with all areas of the business, customers, and farmers.
