First Military Recruitment is working alongside an independent group of safety deposit centres across North & Central London. They are seeking an enthusiastic and well-mannered Safety Deposit Clerk to handle customer enquiries in person or by phone for both new and existing clients.
Our client is very interested in hiring ex-military individuals; however, all applications will be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Chasing clients who are overdue and have not paid
2. Showing potential clients around and renting new boxes
3. Taking and processing renewals via phone, in person, or online
4. Completing and processing contracts for clients requiring signatures
5. Assisting clients needing help when using the centre
6. Handling various procedures that may occur on any given day, such as:
Skills and Qualifications:
* IT literacy
* Ability to maintain productive relationships with colleagues and clients
* Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
* Using initiative
* A friendly and outgoing personality

* Salary: £24,000 per annum
* Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days on a rota
