About the Role
As an Intervention and Support Practitioner, you will contribute to the development of pupils who require additional assistance, including those with academic, social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering structured 1:1 or small group sessions in literacy, numeracy, or behavioural support
* Assisting pupils with SEN, SEMH, or EAL needs
* Collaborating with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
* Tracking progress and contributing to pupil development plans
We are looking for individuals who:
* Have experience working with children or young people in educational or care settings
* Are confident delivering focused support interventions
* Demonstrate a patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude
* Hold a valid DBS certificate or are willing to apply for one
