Customer Service Coordinator role at LF Legal Translation Services
Latitude Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Co-Ordinator, for our client based in Fareham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work within the engineering and manufacturing industry within a well-established company who pride themselves in great customer service and building lasting relationships.
We’re looking for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join the team, working closely with the companies talented engineers and collaborating with all departments to deliver top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Support & Queries: Manage the maintenance mailbox and respond to customer inquiries
* Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule maintenance visits to meet customer expectations, handle reactive calls and coordinate remedial works
* Parts & Quotations: Order parts, create remedial quotations with support from our Technical Supervisor
* Data Management: Collect and track customer data, such as FGAS logs, and send engineers job cards
* Invoicing & Renewals: Handle daily invoicing for completed works and monitor customer contract renewals
* Proposal Creation: Generate maintenance proposals for both prospective and existing customers

* Well-organised, with a focus on prioritising tasks and meeting KPIs
* Experience with job management software (not essential we provide training)
Salary and Benefits
£26,000 - £28,000 p/a
