What you will be doing as a Commercial Litigation Associate
General commercial litigation and contractual disputes
Regulatory investigations and proceedings
Public sector and regulatory advisory work
Cross-team collaboration on specialist issues (e.g. data protection, discrimination, and governance)
The experience you will have as a Commercial Litigation Associate:
Experience in commercial litigation/dispute resolution
Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
