Our client is a global leading Data/AI platform, delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower enterprises to drive more value from their data. As they continue to scale, they are looking for an experienced and visionary Vice President of Product Management to lead and evolve their product function.
This is a high-impact leadership role, based in the UK, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. The right candidate will bring deep product expertise, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to build and deliver enterprise-grade software products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the overall product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
* Own the full product portfolio roadmap—balancing innovation, technical excellence, and customer feedback to deliver best-in-class solutions.
* Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive product adoption, market success, and business impact.
* Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing global product management team. Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
* Act as a key voice of the customer, engaging regularly with clients, partners, and stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and priorities.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
About You:
* 10+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
* Proven success leading enterprise SaaS products—ideally in data, Data Management, Big Data, MDM/Master Data Management, Data Lineage, Data Warehousing, AI, Data Observability, Data analytics, iPaaS or cloud-based platforms.
* Strong track record of building and executing high-impact product strategies in a global B2B environment.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing and scaling distributed teams.
* A strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly from vision to execution.
