Software Sales - Logistics
Up to £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Remote with UK Travel
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with experience in selling Logistics Software Sales? Our client is a global Logistics and Supply Chain Software Solution provider. This role involves developing and converting pipelines, accountability for individual sales reporting, supporting sales initiatives, and collaborating across the business to convert significant opportunities with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership
o Sales Growth: Develop a new business sales pipeline aligned with sales KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
o Strategic projects/bids: Coordinate strategic bid responses.
o Key/global accounts: Collaborate to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities; assume sales leadership for significant clients.
o Culture Building: Promote a motivated sales culture emphasizing success, inclusivity, and growth.
* Client Relationship Management
o Client-centricity: Build strong client relationships, understanding needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
o Source and Selection: Generate qualified leads from activity and network.
* Business Partnership
o Communication: Work with Sales Director, Marketing Directors, and Analysts to align strategies.
o Deal Focused: Support new business opportunities to generate revenue.
o Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee your sales pipeline with accurate reporting.
o Lead Generation: Collaborate with Marketing to drive lead generation.
o Data-driven: Develop and monitor KPIs, using insights to improve strategies.
* Experience
o Previous experience as a Business Development Manager.
o Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Software Sales.
