Planning Senior Associate or Managing Associate - Leeds
Freeths LLP Planning and Environment Group is a multidisciplinary team of 42 professionals comprising planning lawyers, environmental lawyers, advocates and planning consultants operating across all development sectors.
The group is recognised for its depth of knowledge, breadth of experience and for providing clear, pragmatic, commercial advice and support in navigating the planning process—from the inception of a proposal through to delivery—to secure the optimal outcome for our clients.
Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate planning lawyer to join our friendly, supportive and ambitious team in Leeds (other offices considered).
* Lead and advise on Section 106 agreements.
* Advise on highways and other statutory agreements.
* Provide due diligence for property and corporate transactions.
* Handle contentious planning work such as Planning Inquiries/hearings and Court challenges / Judicial Reviews.
* Work on large regeneration schemes (desirable).
Qualifications
* Qualified planning solicitor.
* 3–8 years PQE.
* Experience in the areas listed above.
