Overview
TieTalent is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for Natwest in Belfast City Centre. This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of £26,200 per year. Start dates vary through August/September 2025. Shifts are 40 hours per week, between 07:00 and 23:00. Probity checks (credit, criminal, sanctions, and fraud) will be completed, and you must evidence the last 2 years of employment history and the last 5 years of address history.

Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service at first point of contact and help the organisation achieve its goals.
* Educate customers on the different ways they can bank and support them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs.
* Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures while delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.
* Take appropriate actions to deliver good customer outcomes, regularly reviewing and mitigating gaps to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Conduct financial reviews with customers and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions on financial products and services.
* Manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.
* Resolve complaints and errors quickly, restoring the customer relationship.
* Maintain relationships with colleagues to support customers and align with wider business aims.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in a customer service environment and in managing customer relationships.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet performance targets.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in a regulatory environment and good technology skills with Microsoft Office.
* Customer-focused attitude and ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
