Deputy Clinic Manager – Leadership Opportunity in Renal Care!
Your Responsibilities:
* Oversee clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
* Supervise and support staff with continuous professional development and training.
* Manage patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
* Provide specialised nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
* NMC Registered Nurse with post‑basic qualification in renal nursing.
* At least two years of experience in haemodialysis at a senior level.
* Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
