Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire. Employment type: Part-time, 22.2 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday). Contract: Home working, temporary for up to 6 months.

Key responsibilities
* Answering tenant enquiries across a range of channels including telephone, web chat, face to face and email.
* Taking ownership for managing a wide range of neighbourhood management administration duties, some of which may be technical, relating to council neighbourhood services. These will include tenancy management, estate management, council garages, council rent anti-social behaviour and housing queries.
What you will need
* The ability to switch between complex and simple processes.
* The ability to work under pressure, achieve service standards and deal with challenging situations in a sensitive manner.
* The capability to use your own initiative, maintain resilience and work independently, with a can-do attitude.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to meet the needs of a diverse customer base.
* A high level of computer literacy with proven ability in the use of bespoke systems.
